Relax and re-energise with these all inclusive, holistic, immersive, pampering wellness breaks. Have the opportunity, to relax and through guided coaching, to reflect on life and to create your own vision board for the future. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced and inspired.
Each retreat includes: group wellness coaching as well as one personal 1-1 wellness coaching session, one individual reflexology treatment, coastal walks, optional outdoor local yoga classes overlooking the sea and morning, gentle movement & meditation. In addition to this, a guest therapist will visit to offer a wonderful, unique experience, different for each retreat, such as a Soundbath or Women's Wellness Circle. Accomodation is in a privately owned, luxury villa, with heated swimming pool, tranquil gardens, games terrace and cinema room. These are all-inclusive retreats. Breakfasts, drinks and snacks are included. In addition, daily, delicious, healthy lunches & dinners, are prepared, onsite, by our own chef. During your retreat, we will also explore the local area, beaches and visit a selection of coastal brasseries, where you will have the opportunity to buy souveniers, ice-creams, & any additional refreshments. Optional massage treatments available for an extra fee. * Returning guests will have the opportunity to try several different activities each time.

The price is £895 per person, staying in a Delux room (with own large bathroom) or £795 per person, when two people share a delux room or when staying in a single occupancy Kingsize room with shower room.
