Start your day with a gentle yoga class, overlooking the sea, or some mindful movement and meditation in beautiful, outdoor surroundings. Follow that with a gentle coastal walk and perhaps a swim in the sea. The remainder of each day will be taken up with a selection of the following: time to relax by the 10m heated pool, wellness coaching activities, reflexology, beauty treatments * and a wellness workshop with a guest therapist. Delicious, mouth-watering meals are prepared onsite by our own private chef and evening meals, under the stars are a time for everyone to come together and are a highlight of each day. You will also have the opportunity to create your own vision board as well as having some free time to explore the local area, do a little shopping and visit a roof top bar.
